Project Assistant
Responsibility：
1. Assist the sales team in customer development, maintenance, and relationship management, participate in customer visits, business negotiations, and other processes.
2. Participate in the promotion of the company's market.
3. Responsible for formulating, modifying, and following up on the signing process of sales contracts, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of contract terms.
4. Track the execution of sales contracts, coordinate and handle contract changes, payment of various stages, and other matters to ensure the smooth performance of contracts.
5. Responsible for handling customer inquiries, maintaining good communication with customers, and providing efficient and timely service to customers.
6. Coordinate project resources, follow up on project progress, promptly identify and resolve issues, and ensure the smooth progress of the project.
7. Responsible for collecting, organizing, archiving, and managing project documents, including project files, meeting minutes, etc.
8. Responsible for project communication and coordination, maintaining good communication with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth information flow.
9. Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements：
1. Full time bachelor's degree or above, major not limited, 5-10 years of work experience, with priority given to new media marketing, project management, or customer service related work experience.
2. Certificate of English proficiency level 4 or above, able to organize basic English documents.
3. Having good communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit, and certain business negotiation skills, able to independently handle daily affairs.
4. Having strong learning and stress resistance abilities, able to adapt to fast-paced work environments.
Probationer
Responsibility：
1. Assist engineers in collecting customer product information；
2. Assist engineers in completing relevant report writing;
3. Assist engineers in modifying relevant materials;
4. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements：
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Biomedical Engineering/Clinical Medicine/Clinical Pharmacy, etc;
2. English proficiency level 4 or 6 or above;
3. Good customer service awareness, serious and meticulous, strong sense of responsibility;
4. Have good communication skills and interpersonal abilities, and possess a strong sense of affinity.
